3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying mechanic credentials before engaging services
• Making their own informed decisions about repairs

4. Business Listings

Business owners can claim and feature their listings. We verify basic information but do not guarantee the quality of services provided by listed businesses.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for listing claims are processed securely through Paystack. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gari Guide is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service or services provided by listed mechanics and dealers.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
